The present invention is an amide derivative having a voltage-dependent sodium channel blocking activity as Nav1.7 and Nav1.8 channels, and is useful for the treatment or prevention of disorders or diseases involving voltage-dependent sodium channels. The invention also relates to pharmaceutical compositions comprising these compounds and the use of these compounds and pharmaceutical compositions in the prevention or treatment of diseases involving voltage-gated sodium channels. |
