abstract | PURPOSE: To reduce the changing rate of specific resistance and to obtain stabilized characteristics by a method wherein the composition ratio of an MgAl 2 O 4 material, an NiAl 2 O 4 material and a CuAl 2 O 4 material is specifically prescribed, and the resistance value suitable for use in the temperature region such as 300W800°C is obtained. n CONSTITUTION: A thermistor composition, consisting of an MgAl 2 O 4 material and CuAl 2 O 4 (copper alumina) and having the compositional ratio of the MgAl 2 O 4 material, the NiAl 2 O 4 material and CuAl 2 O 4 material within the range of 5W50mol%, 5W70mol% and 25W90mol% respectively for the total quantity of said materials, is constituted. As a result, the above-mentioned thermistor composition has the resistance value suitable for use in the temperature region of 300W800°C, which is the so-called medium temperature region, and also the thermistor composition having a small specific resistance change rate and the stabilized characteristics can be obtained. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1989,JPO&Japio |
