abstract PURPOSE: To improve mechanical strength of low-temperature sintering porcelain composition without damaging physical properties, by blending a main component containing codierite, B 2 O 3 and one or more of CaO, SrO and BaO in specific ratio with silver. n CONSTITUTION: A main component consisting of (A) 60W90wt.% codierite, (B) 5W20wt.% B 2 O 3 and (C) 1W25wt.% one or more of CaO, SrO and BaO is blended with 0.01W5wt.% calculated as Ag of Ag or Ag-containing compound (e.g., AgO,.
