abstract PURPOSE:To make a film of lower side of a container itself made of a heat- resisting nonmetal material hard to peel, by forming the film by induction plasma flame coating. CONSTITUTION:A copper film 3 ia formed by induction plasma flame coating on the botton of an earthenware pot 2 that is a container itself of an electromagnetic cooking container 1, and a layer of an enamel 4 is formed as a protection layer of the copper film 3. With a copper film as a metal film as used in this case, the film is hard to melt with a high melting point beoause the melting point of copper is 1083 deg.C. Further, when a film of extreme infrared radiation material is formed inside the container itselfy corresponding to a copper film in the lower side of the container itself, heat radiation in the container is performed as extreme infrared radiation, and heat efficiency of a material to be cooked is improved thereby.
