titleOfInvention | Treating agent for elastic polyurethane fiber |
abstract | PURPOSE: To provide a fiber-treating agent containing a base lubricant and specific silicone, effective in preventing the static charge problem of a spun elastic polyurethane fiber in a post-treatment process and giving a woven fabric of elastic polyurethane fiber having high quality. n CONSTITUTION: The objective treating agent having a viscosity of ≤50cst at 30°C and effective in eliminating the static charge problems of an elastic polyurethane fiber in warping, weaving, etc., is produced by compounding (A) a base lubricant (e.g., mineral oil or vegetable oil) with (B) a polyether alkyl-modified silicone having a three-dimensional structure of formula I (R and R' is hydrocarbon group, especially R is mixed alkyl containing 4-8C alkyl, R' is 1-6C alkylene, etc.; AO is polyoxyalkylene whose hydroxyl terminal may be substituted with hydrocarbon group, acyl group, etc.; m and n are ratios of the groups of formula II and formula III and m:n is 100:(0.1-20)) and/or a polyorganosiloxane containing a metal (preferable example: cerium). n COPYRIGHT: (C)1990,JPO&Japio |
