titleOfInvention | Silicone polymer containing fluoroalkyl group and production thereof |
abstract | PURPOSE: To easily obtain a silicone polymer containing fluoroalkyl group, having a specific structural formula and suitable for water and oil repellent, lubricant, etc., in a short time by reacting a specific di(haloacyl) peroxide with a specific silicone polymer. n CONSTITUTION: The objective silicone polymer containing fluoroalkyl group, having a polymerization degree of 2-2,000 and a fluoroalkylation ratio of the benzene ring of 1-100% and expressed by the structural formula III (R 1 , R 2 , R 3 and R 4 are H, phenyl, 1-4C alkyl or group of formula IV) can be produced by reacting a di(haloacyl) peroxide of formula I (X is H, F or Cl: n 3 is 1-10) with a silicone polymer of formula II (R 5 , R 6 , R 7 and R 8 are H, phenyl or 1-4C alkyl; n 1 is 2-1,000; n 2 is 0-1,000) preferably in a solvent (e.g. 1,1,2- trichlorotrifluoroethane) under normal pressure at 0-100°C for 3-10hr. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1990,JPO&Japio |
