titleOfInvention Multiple stage fluidized bed boiler
abstract PURPOSE:To enable completely incinerating leavings with a high combustion efficiency by forming a combustion bed containing fluidization medium and a space for combustion in the upper section of a primary combustion chamber, and another, second-stage combustion chamber, and a heat-collecting bed containing fluidization medium and heat transfer tubes in the section thereabove. CONSTITUTION:Leavings 17 with a high water content, such as coffee grounds, orange peelings, beer cake, oolong tea grounds, and sludge, are conveyed by a leavings- supplying screw feeder 18 into a primary combustion bed 15 where they are incinerated. Small scraps of leavings 17, which, for example, burned by about 10% at a space for primary combustion, or which, for example, the combustion in a primary combustion chamber 3 has left unburned by about 30%, are sent into a secondary combustion chamber 4 thereabove. The leavings 17 undergo continued combustion for the unburned part and are burned completely in a secondary combustion bed 27 and in a space for secondary combustion 29 in the secondary combustion chamber 4. After complete combustion of the leavings 17 at the secondary combustion chamber 4, the combustion gas evolved from the combustion is led into a heat recovery chamber 5 thereabove and made to fluidized the fluidization medium 53 so that a heat recovery bed 54 is formed.
