titleOfInvention | 1-pyridylphthalazine derivative and inhibitor of blood platelet agglutination containing same derivative |
abstract | NEW MATERIAL:A compound shown by formula I [pyridyl substitution position is any position of 2-, 3- and 4-positions; R 1 is H or methoxy; Y is phenyl shown by formula II (R 3 is lower or middle alkyl, halogen, phenyl which may be replaced with cyano or pyrimidinyl; R 3 is H, lower alkyl or bonded into R 2 -N-R 3 to form piperidino or morpholino) or group shown by formula -X-R 2 (X is O or S)]. n EXAMPLE: 1-Anilino-4-(3-pyridyl)phthalazine. n USE: An inhibitor of blood platelet agglutination having more excellent activity than aspirin and useful for preventing and remedying cerebral thrombosis, cerebral infarct, peripheral arterial atresia, etc. n PREPARATION: A 1-pyridyl-4-chlorophthalazine derivative shown by formula III is reacted with an amine, alcohol, phenol, mercaptan or thiophenol in a solvent such as methylene chloride in the presence of a base (e.g. sodium carbonate) at 50-200°C to give a compound shown by formula I. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1991,JPO&Japio |
