titleOfInvention Manufacture for light-weight cellular concrete panel
abstract PURPOSE: To constitute the above method so that a metallic concrete shuttering is not peeled off from a concrete main body, by a method wherein phenol-curing epoxy resin is applied to the inside of the metallic concrete shuttering, a resin film is formed by baking and drying the epoxy resin, the concrete main body is molded by placing light-weight cellular concrete slurry and autoclave curing is performed. n CONSTITUTION: Coating is performed by spraying powdery phenol-curing epoxy resin 12 on the inside of a metallic concrete shuttering 11 made of stainless steel, to begin with. Then the metallic concrete shuttering 13 is put into a heating device 13, phenol- curing epoxy resin 12 is baked and dried under a condition, for example, of 230°C for 35 minutes and a film 14 of the resin 12 is formed on the inside of the metallic concrete shuttering 11. Then an iron reinforcement material is arranged within the metallic concrete shuttering 11, light-weight cellular concrete slurry 15 is cured primarily after placement of the same and a concrete main body 16 is molded. Then a light- weight cellular concrete panel 17 is obtained by a method wherein the concrete main body into which the metallic concrete shuttering is provided is put into an autoclave 18 and cured for 4-16 hours within, for example, saturated steam of 180°C and 10kg/cm 2 . n COPYRIGHT: (C)1991,JPO&Japio
