PURPOSE:To produce a molded urethane foam improved in a surface layer density without using any low-boiling solvent by pouring a resin solution comprising an isocyanate, a polyol, a specified catalyst, a blowing agent, adjuvants, etc., into a mold in one shot and reacting the solution. CONSTITUTION:A resin solution comprising 25-80 pts.wt. isocyanate (A), 100 pts.wt. polyol (B), 0.3-3.0 pts.wt. at least one catalyst (C) selected from among N,N',N''-tris(dimethylaminopropyl)hexahydro-s-triazine and/or a metal salt of an organic acid, an imidazole ether compound and both a 1-substituted imidazole compound and a 1,8-diazabicyclo[5.4.0]-undecene-7 (organic acid salt), 0.5-10 pts.wt. blowing agent (D) comprising a resin in a moistened state and adjuvants, etc., (E) such as a crosslinking agent is poured into a mold in one shot and reacted at 15-40 deg.C, desirably 20+ or -5 deg.C to obtain the title molding surfaced with a high-density layer which is produced owing to the difference in gas reactions of components A and D. |
