PURPOSE: To prepare the subject rice cracker having health-promoting and beautifying effects and easy to eat by mixing non-glutinous rice powder and Chinese herb drug powder in water, steaming and pounding the mixture, punching with a mold, baking after drying and coating with a sauce added with decoction liquid of Chinese herb drug. n CONSTITUTION: The objective rice cracker can be prepared by mixing non- glutinous rice powder and Chinese herb drug powder in water, steaming the mixture with a steamer, pounding to form a rice cake, punching the cake with a mold, baking after drying and coating with a sauce added with decoction liquid of Chinese herb drug. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1992,JPO&Japio |
