abstract PURPOSE: To extract a plurality of electrostatic capacitance while using an electrolytic layer as a unit, and to manufacture a solid electrolytic capacitor, capacitance of which is increased and adjusted easily, by manufacturing a capacitor element by folding an anode body, to which a plurality of electrolytic layers employing a solid electrolyte are formed, while interposing an insulating sheet. n CONSTITUTION: One tabular anode body 10 is used, and the anode body 10 is formed of a valve metal such as aluminum. Electrolytic layers 16A, 16B using solid electrolytic layers as units are formed onto the anode body 10 bent in a U shape including the anode body 10, and anode terminals 8A, 8B are fitted independently onto each electrolytic layer 16A, 16B. Insulating sheets 18 insulating each of the electrolytic layers 16A, 16B and cathode terminals 8A, 8B are interposed between each electrolytic layer 16A, 16B and between the cathode terminals 8A, 8B, and constituted as one capacitor element 12 by the anode body 10 bent while interposing a sealing resin 20. Electrostatic capacitance CA is extracted between an anode terminal 6 and the cathode terminal 8A and electrostatic capacitance CB between the anode terminal 6 and the cathode terminal B respectively in the capacitor element 12. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1992,JPO&Japio
