titleOfInvention Extrusion plate with pattern having smooth surface
abstract PURPOSE: To obtain an extrusion plate with a pattern having a smooth surface and to further improve durability without peeling a surface layer due to the use for a long period by providing a transparent or color transparent thermoplastic resin layer having 10μm or more of thickness on a thermoplastic resin layer mixed with inorganic powder by co-extruding. n CONSTITUTION: As inorganic powder 1, aluminum powder, iron powder, copper powder, titanium oxide, magnesium oxide, calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate, etc., is employed. As a thermoplastic resin layer 2 mixed with inorganic powder, for example, transparent thermoplastaic resin such as acrylic resin, polycarbonate resin, polystyrene resin, polyethylene resin, polypropylene resin, etc., is employed. The thickness of a surface layer to be laminated needs 10μm or more. If it is less than 10μm, it is insufficient to cover the uneven part of the surface generated with the inorganic powder, and a smooth surface cannot be obtained. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1992,JPO&Japio
