PURPOSE: To provide a non-sintered Ni(nickel) positive, electrode, which ensures high ratio of utilization stably and allows simplification of the processes. n CONSTITUTION: The surface of NiOH covered with Ni is further covered with Co(cobalt) to produce an active substance, with which a core is coated and filled.
