titleOfInvention Base for calcining aluminum nitride substrate
abstract PURPOSE: To inexpensively prepare a calcination base free free the fusion of an aluminum nitride substrate and damage to the surface of the substrate by employing a specific compositional mixture of aluminum nitride and boron nitride and restricting a sintering auxiliary. n CONSTITUTION: The base for calcining the aluminum nitride substrate is formed by adding the same kind of a sintering auxiliary as the sintering auxiliary of the aluminum nitride substrate to a mixture comprising 20-90wt.% of aluminum nitride and 10-80wt. of boron nitride and subsequently sintering the mixture under ordinary pressure. n COPYRIGHT: (C)1992,JPO&Japio
