titleOfInvention Distillation separation method
abstract (57) [Summary] [Purpose] An improved method for the simultaneous production of normal-purity and ultra-high-purity volatile components from streams contaminated with lighter impurities that are more volatile than volatile components and that also contain other heavier components To do. [Structure] After taking out a volatile component that does not substantially include a light-weight component, a stream stripped of impurities is introduced into a second distillation column to perform a separation operation. The second distillation column has a rectification section where the stream is rectified to obtain ultra high purity volatile components as a top fraction. Volatile components of normal purity are obtained as the top fraction of the first distillation column.
