(57) [Summary] [Objective] To prepare an acylamide or amine acylate salt of an arylalkanolamine. [Structure] An acylamide or amine acylate salt of arylalkanolamine is an arylisonitrosoalkanone in the presence of a transition metal catalyst, and an acyl selected from carboxylic acid, carboxylic anhydride, ester of carboxylic acid, or a mixture thereof. It is prepared by reacting with a donor. Optionally, an acylamide or amine acylate salt of an arylalkanolamine is added to the C 1 -C 3 group. The product can also be converted to the corresponding arylalkanolamine hydrochloride by reaction with hydrogen chloride in the alkyl alcohol. |
