(57) [Summary] [Objective] To improve the dispersibility of rubber to obtain a thermoplastic resin composition having excellent mechanical strength. [Structure] Branched non-conjugated diene monomer-containing propylene copolymer 40 to 80 parts by weight, phenylene ether polymer 60 ˜20 parts by weight and 10 to 400 parts by weight of the crosslinked rubber are dynamically heat treated in the presence of a radical or a crosslinking agent to produce a thermoplastic resin composition having a gel fraction of 50 to 95%. |
