(57) [Summary] [Purpose] To improve the adhesion of ITO film. A color filter 2 is formed on one side of a pair of light-transmissive substrates 1 and 1a included in a color liquid crystal display device 13, and an organic overcoat film 3 is formed on the color filter 2 to form a surface filter. Smoothing is being done. Further formed in the order of the metal oxide film 5 such as a metal nitride film 4, SiO x such as SiN x before forming the ITO film 6 thereon. By forming the metal nitride film 4 and the metal oxide film 5, the adhesion of the ITO film 6 is improved. |
