titleOfInvention Method for producing natural dye and dyeing method using this natural dye
abstract (57) [Summary] (Modified) [Purpose] Natural blue dye, biolacein (viol) acein) and a dyeing method using this dye. [Structure] A liquid medium is inoculated with either or both of microorganisms belonging to the genus Chromobacterium or the genus Yantinobacterium, and the above-mentioned microorganisms are cultivated and proliferated in the liquid medium. The body and the liquid medium are separated, and the natural dye consisting of biolacein is extracted from either or both of the cells and the liquid medium. The fiber product is immersed in a culture solution in which the above-mentioned microorganism has grown or in a solution in which an alcoholic solution of biolacein is dissolved in water, and the temperature of this solution is elevated to dye the fiber product with a natural blue dye composed of biolacein. Animal hair degradation products are added to the liquid medium inoculated with the above microorganisms.
