abstract | (57) [Summary] [Structure] A compound having a heterocycle to which a tetrazolyl group or a nitrotriazolyl group is bound is reacted with a succinimide derivative or a phthalimide derivative in the presence of a base to give a succinimide group to the above heterocyclic compound. Alternatively, a phthalimidoimide group is introduced. [Effect] Since the exocyclic amino group can be introduced at a high yield, it is preferably used as a method for introducing 15 N into a nucleoside exocyclic amino group. According to this 15 N introduction method, since the label compound used ([ 15 N] succinimide, [ 15 N] phthalimide, etc.) is solid at room temperature, the label compound is excellent in storability and reaction operability, The number of equivalents of the labeling compound used can be minimized. |
