abstract (57) [Summary] [Purpose] To enhance the measurement accuracy by increasing the concentration of carbon dioxide extracted by the wet oxidation method. [Structure] A sparging gas is supplied to a lower portion of the oxidation reaction container 2 from a sparging gas supply flow path 6 having a throttle 16 which serves as a flow path resistance. There is a gas phase portion in the upper part of the oxidation reaction container 2, and an exhaust gas flow path equipped with a vacuum pump 22 is connected to the gas phase portion. The gas phase of the oxidation reaction container 2 is depressurized, the dissolved carbon dioxide is extracted with sparging gas, and after returning to normal pressure, it is detected by the non-dispersive infrared analyzer 26.
