titleOfInvention Surface treatment method on transfer surface of concrete
abstract (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] To provide a surface method for a transfer surface of concrete, in which the transfer pattern is firmly fixed to the surface of the concrete to improve durability. [Structure] A transfer sheet 2 on which a transfer pattern 2a is formed is laid on a form bed 1a of a concrete form 1, and the transfer pattern 2a is transferred onto the surface of the cast concrete C to form the form 1 In the method of forming the transfer pattern 2a on the surface of the concrete plate 3 by peeling the sheet 2 from the surface of the precast concrete plate 3 obtained after demolding, the transfer surface is transparent, soluble in alkali, and insoluble in water. A transparent polymer or a penetrating water absorption inhibitor is applied to form the protective film 4.
