abstract | (57) [Summary] [Objective] To obtain a magnetostatic wave device that is small in size and low in manufacturing cost. [Structure] The magnetostatic wave device 10 includes a dielectric substrate 12. By forming the ground electrode and the strip line electrodes 16 and 18 on both surfaces of the dielectric substrate 12, a micro strip line as a transducer is formed. A ferrimagnetic substrate 20 having a YIG thin film formed on a GGG substrate is arranged on the stripline electrodes 16 and 18. The ferrimagnetic substrate 20 includes strip line electrodes 16 and 1. It is formed so as to incline outward from the eight portions. The ferrimagnetic substrate 20 is set to have the minimum length. |
