abstract (57) [Summary] [Purpose] A compact structure with no water. [Structure] A support device 1 for suspending and supporting the container back by connecting the upper end opening of the container back 13 to the downward cylinder 20 so that the inside communicates with each other, and a supporting device 1 connected to the downward cylinder through the downward cylinder to the container back. An air blower (2) for supplying air to inflate, an air suction means (3) for sucking air containing a residue discharged from a lower end opening of the container bag, and a hitting means (4) for hitting the outer surface of the inflated container bag are provided. A support device is provided so that it can be raised and lowered by a lifting device. The suction means has a suction port opened to the floor surface 23 and has a dust collector in the suction path. The striking means has a configuration in which a vertical swing shaft 31 is provided on the side of the container bag that is hung and supported and inflates, and a strike member 33 is provided on this swing shaft.
