Gas phase catalytic fluorination of halogenated hydrocarbons |
abstract |
(57) [Summary] [Structure] In the method for vapor phase catalytic fluorination of halogenated hydrocarbons with hydrofluoric acid, a mixed catalyst based on chromium and vanadium derivatives is used, and these two elements are mainly A method characterized in being in oxidation state III. [Effect] This mixed Cr-V catalyst exhibits excellent catalytic performance for gas phase catalytic fluorination of halogenated hydrocarbons using hydrofluoric acid. Therefore, according to the method of the present invention, a C 1 to C 4 fluorinated compound containing at least one hydrogen atom can be obtained. Further, such a catalyst has a small loss of vanadium which is an active species during its activation, and can avoid the formation of volatile vanadium (V) oxyfluoride or fluoride. |
