(57) [Summary] [Structure] A novel hollow bead characterized by containing aluminum phosphate optionally containing boron is disclosed. The beads are initially charged with the reaction product of an acidic aluminum phosphate (and optionally boric acid) with an amine. It can be dried at ˜200 ° C., then powdered and finally subjected to thermal shock at 200˜1200 ° C. to produce. [Effect] The hollow beads of the present invention have good controllability of chemical composition and particle size, and have high heat resistance up to 1200 ° C or higher, and can be used for an extremely wide range of purposes. |
