abstract |
(57) [Summary] [Objective] The production cost is reduced by producing an isobutylene polymer having an olefin group without using a solvent. [Structure] A dehydrohalogenation reaction of a halogen atom-containing isobutylene polymer using a basic compound is carried out without a solvent. [Effect] (1) By omitting the solvent such as THF, the raw material cost and the equipment cost such as the solvent distillation and the refining device can be reduced. (2) By omitting a solvent such as THF, it is possible to prevent the polymer solution from becoming an emulsion during the purification of the isobutylene polymer. (3) By omitting the solvent, the reaction temperature can be increased and the reaction rate can be increased. |
