abstract | (57) [Summary] (Modified) [Structure] (a) A copolymer containing ethylene and at least a radical-polymerizable acid anhydride as a constituent monomer, wherein the unit derived from the radical-polymerizable acid anhydride group is 0.2. Is about 20% by weight and may contain 40% by weight or less of units derived from other radically polymerizable comonomers. Ethylene copolymer (b) Polyhydric alcohol compound having two or more hydroxyl groups in the molecule and (c ) Component (a) containing a reaction accelerator The reaction in which the molar ratio of the unit of the hydroxyl group in the polyhydric alcohol which is the component (b) to the unit derived from the radical-polymerizable acid anhydride is 0.01 to 10 and (c). The amount of the accelerator added to the ethylene copolymer of the component (a) is 0. A laminate of a skin layer and a foam layer, which is a crosslinkable resin composition in the range of 001 to 20 parts by weight. [Effect] This laminate is flexible, has high strength and excellent heat resistance, Moreover, it has extremely easy recyclability. |
