abstract | (57) [Summary] (Correction) [Purpose] To provide a highly sensitive analyzer in which the detector is inserted into an analytical instrument by allowing the detector to protrude outside the cryostat body. [Structure] 1K inside the helium-3 cryostat body 1 A metal rod 1 for cooling the detector reaching the outside of the outer surface of the cryostat body 1 on the low temperature stage cooled below. 1 is attached, and at least two layers of cooled radiant heat shielding walls 12 and 13 are provided so as to cover the periphery thereof, A superconducting coil 19 for applying a magnetic field was installed parallel to the joint surface of the superconducting tunnel junction radiation detector 16. A cryostat 1 provided on the cooling rod 11 or the radiant heat shielding walls 12, 13 and a chamber for arranging the analytical sample and a beam generation source of light or charged particles for irradiating the analytical sample are used in the analytical sample. The more generated radiation is detected. |
