abstract | (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] To detect rotation without protruding outside the case of the ultrasonic motor and to detect rotation with high resolution. [Structure] A drive module is externally contacted with a rotary drum to obtain rotary drive, a disc is arranged integrally with the rotary drum, and a friction disc is pressed against the outer diameter portion of the disc. The diameter is made smaller than the height of the drive module, and a plurality of substantially conical projections and depressions are formed in the pressing friction transmission parts of both discs, and this engagement prevents slippage and detects rotation to the friction disc. The rotation detector is attached to the inside of the case, and the rotation detector is integrated. |
