titleOfInvention | Electric field adjustment shield |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Purpose] To provide an electric field adjustment shield capable of preventing electric field concentration in a water-filled state without increasing the size of the whole. In the electric field adjusting shield in which a plurality of annular shields 3 are stacked, in the first invention, the lowermost annular shield 3e has a non-circular vertical cross-section, and the outer lower portion has a radius of curvature which is the outer upper portion. And larger than the radius of curvature of the inner lower part. Further, in the second invention, the vertical cross-sectional shape of the uppermost annular shield 3a is also non-circular, and the radius of curvature of the outer upper portion is larger than the radius of curvature of the outer lower portion and the inner upper portion. |
