(EN) Provided is a manufacturing method capable of improving a high quality and low cost aggregate material. [Structure] Each thinning material 2 is dried in a compression molding device 40 to reduce the water content of each thinning material 2 and temporarily fix a predetermined shape. Further, a predetermined shape is permanently fixed by heat treatment with steam under high pressure by a permanent fixing device. The heat treatment with a low water content can prevent the internal structure of the aggregate from breaking. Further, since the thinning material 2 is divided into the compression molding device 40 and the permanent fixing device to process each thinning material 2, the device can be simplified, and the thermal efficiency and the like can be greatly improved, work and maintenance can be reduced, and existing facilities can be used. The thinned material 2 is fixed between the thinned material 2 with an adhesive to obtain an aggregated material.
