titleOfInvention | Manufacturing method for lightweight concrete products |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Purpose] Providing a manufacturing method that can be easily and accurately maintained within the range of target specific gravity and strength. [Structure] A high-strength lightweight concrete product is obtained by using a siliceous raw material powder, and a calcareous raw material powder containing cement and slaked lime powder or quicklime, with a CaO / SiO 2 molar ratio of 0.35. -1.2, cement is mixed at least 6% by weight in the total solid content, and slaked lime powder or quicklime powder is mixed so as to be 10% by weight or more in terms of CaO, and 50 to 80 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the mixed powder. After water was added and mixed, the alkanolamide type nonionic surfactant and the polyoxyethylene group-containing ether type nonionic surfactant were further foamed at a weight ratio of 2: 8 to 8: 2. Bubbles were mixed to form a slurry, the slurry was poured into a mold and cured, and then the cured product was cured by high temperature and high pressure steam production. |
