titleOfInvention | Antistatic paint and substrate with antistatic coating |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Structure] Since the complex oxide fine particles of the present invention have a large specific surface area and are porous, the number of acid points existing inside or on the surface thereof is also large. It is presumed that when the basic nitrogen compound is brought into contact with the composite oxide fine particles, the basic nitrogen compound is adsorbed at the acid sites, and the conductivity of the composite oxide is expressed by the adsorbed base. As the basic nitrogen compound, a strongly basic compound is preferable, and examples thereof include tertiary amines and salts thereof, and quaternary ammonium salts. As the matrix constituting the antistatic coating, any conventional matrix capable of forming a coating film on a substrate can be used, and the coating of the present invention is a composite oxide fine particle containing the above basic nitrogen compound and a matrix. Is obtained by dispersing or dissolving in a predetermined ratio in water and / or an organic solvent. [Effect] After the film is formed, a nitrogen compound does not precipitate on the surface of the film, and a stable antistatic function can be maintained for a long period of time. In addition, the coating has excellent transparency. |
