[Constitution] Component A) Molecular weight distribution Mw / Mn by GPC Is 4.0 or less and polypropylene resin 65 to 9 5 parts by weight and 35 to 5 parts by weight of component B) partially crosslinked olefinic copolymer elastomer, Crosslinked thermoplastic elastomer composition content W B satisfies the following formula (wt%) X ≧ 0.1 × W B ratio X and the component B) of the component insoluble in boiling o- xylene. Further, in producing this composition, component A) is produced by a catalyst comprising (a) an IVA to VIA transition metal compound having at least one cyclopentadienyl skeleton and (b) an aluminoxane or a compound containing a non-coordinating anion. Then, a production method of producing component B) by copolymerizing a non-conjugated polyene and an α-olefin in the presence of component A) without newly adding a catalyst. |
