| abstract | (57) [Summary] [Purpose] The required number of electrode potentials can be supplied without increasing the number of stem leads. An electron gun having a cathode 2, a control electrode 3, an accelerating electrode 4, a focusing electrode 5, an anode 6, and a heater 1 for heating the cathode 2, and a plurality of stem leads for supplying a predetermined potential to each electrode and heater.
