abstract |
(57) [Summary] [Structure] Containing an ester group and / or an ether group, and having a hydroxyl number of 15 to 150 and 1.95 to A hydroxypolyol having an average functionality of 2.2 and diphenylmethane diisocyanate, the ratio of isocyanate groups in diphenylmethane diisocyanate / hydroxyl groups in the polyol being 1.4: 1 to 2. A reactive hot melt system containing isocyanate groups having a content of at least 70% by weight of 2,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate based on a 5: 1 hydroxypolyester polyol. The reactive hot melt system of the present invention is characterized by a low initial viscosity and increased temperature stability and is suitable as a solid adhesive for areas of very different application. |
