abstract | (57) [Summary] [Purpose] When used as a support for conductive films with improved scratch resistance, conductive films with improved cracking, and photosensitive materials, sufficient adhesion performance is obtained even after development processing. A conductive film is provided. [Constitution] Conductive inorganic fine particles are applied to at least one side of a polyester film in an amount of 10 to 70 vo with respect to a binder 1% of the conductive layer is contained, and the surface hardness HD is 1 at a position farther from the polyester film than the conductive layer. A conductive film having 5 or more resin coating layers. In the above, the conductive inorganic fine particles are metal oxides. In the above and above, the resin coating layer is a layer of polyester modified with a vinyl monomer. the above~ A photosensitive material having a photosensitive layer on one side of the polyester film. In the above, the photosensitive layer is on the opposite side of the conductive layer via the support. |
