abstract (57) [Summary] (Modified) [Solution] Pro-AB (A = Phe, Lys, Asn, Tyr, Thr; B = Pr Indicates o and Trp. ) Tripeptide or a physiologically recognized salt thereof as an active ingredient protease activator, CD-Pro (C = Tyr, Glu, Pro; D = Asn, Ser, Arg, Tyr) tripeptide or its Thiopr, a protease activator containing physiologically recognized salts as active ingredients A protease activator containing an oline-Thr-Trp tripeptide or a physiologically recognized salt thereof as an active ingredient, and a protease activator containing a Glu-Arg dipeptide or a physiologically recognized salt thereof as an active ingredient. [Effect] The active ingredient is a peptide, which is decomposed into amino acids and metabolized in vivo. Therefore, the risk of causing side effects when administered to a living body is extremely low, and it is considered to be effective as a drug for studying protease activity and a digestive enhancer.
