titleOfInvention Method of forming surface layer by electrical discharge machining
abstract (57) [Abstract] [PROBLEMS] The material to be surface-treated is not dispersed in the working fluid. SOLUTION: A material for forming a surface layer of the work piece is made into a powder state in a working liquid and is interposed between an electrode formed by an electrode and the work piece, and then the powder is mixed by a stirring means. The surface layer of the work piece is formed by performing electric discharge while stirring.
