titleOfInvention Titanium seamless tubular material manufacturing method
abstract (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] To provide a method for producing a seamless tubular material of titanium, which does not produce a surface pattern of tilmen or white cloud even if it is subjected to processing such as polishing. [Structure] When a titanium ingot is forged into a perforated material and then a seamless tubular material is manufactured by the ring rolling method, the heating temperature during forging and ring rolling is kept below the β transformation point. In addition, a titanium seamless tubular material that secures a thermal history of passing a β transformation point at a cooling rate of 1000 ° C./h or more during the forging step and performs the treatment after the quenching in a temperature range below the β transformation point. In the forging process after the rapid cooling, which is carried out during the forging, the forging is performed while securing a workability per heat of 18% or more, and the ring rolling is performed at 1 heat. It is carried out while ensuring a workability of 50% or more per hit.
