titleOfInvention | Thermoplastic polyurethane composition |
abstract | (57) [Summary] (Modified) [Solution] A polyester diol or organic diisocyanate having a number average molecular weight of 2000 to 8000, and 30 mol% or more of diol units being 3-methyl-1,5-pentanediol units. 50% of the thermoplastic polyurethane A having a nitrogen atom content of 2.5% by weight or less, which is obtained by reacting ~ 90% by weight; 10 to 40% by weight of a thermoplastic polyurethane B having a nitrogen atom content of 3.5% by weight or more, which is obtained by reacting a polyester diol having a number average molecular weight of 1500 to 4000, an organic diisocyanate and a chain extender; Aromatic vinyl compound-conjugated diene block copolymer C is contained in a proportion of 5 to 30% by weight, and higher fatty acid bisamide may be added in some cases. It is contained in an amount of 0.3 to 5% by weight based on the total weight of A to C. [Effect] It is non-adhesive and has excellent blocking resistance and releasability. Molded articles such as films and sheets made of this composition are also excellent in flexibility, elastic recovery and mechanical properties. |
