abstract (57) 【Abstract】 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a highly polymerized product in a short time without reducing the flow rate of a liquid to be treated (extremely thin film) by promoting evaporation of volatile substances in the liquid to be treated. A possible continuous polycondensation reaction method and an apparatus therefor are provided. A dispersion device (3) for dispersing an inert gas (14) in a liquid to be processed is provided, and the liquid to be processed in which the inert gas (14) is dispersed by the dispersion device (3) is fed from a supply device onto a conveying member (2). Supply in film, sheet or fiber form. The transport member 2 is moved through the container body 1 at a predetermined speed. The liquid to be treated adhering to the transport member 2 and coming out of the container body 1 is scraped off by a scraping plate 7. Container body 1 A cooler 10 for recovering volatile substances from an inert gas flowing through the inside is provided.
