abstract (57) Abstract: A method for manufacturing a solid electrolytic capacitor having irregularities on the surface of a conductive polymer layer, which is excellent in controllability and stability of irregularity formation. After forming the first conductive polymer layer on the dielectric film (step S0), a step of adhering fine powder for forming irregularities to the polymer layer (steps SA 1 to SA 3 , Or SB 1 to SB 3 , or SC 1 to SC 3 , or SD 1 ~ SD 3 ), the fine powder is mixed with air and jetted (step SA 2 ). Alternatively, it is sprayed or sprayed by being contained in a solution of a conductive polymer (step SB 1 ). Alternatively, it is injected or sprayed by being included in the oxidant solution or the monomer solution (step SC 1 or SD 2 ). The stability and controllability of the dispersed state of the fine powder are improved as compared with the conventional method in which the fine powder for forming irregularities is mixed with a solution and a liquid containing the fine powder is used in a liquid state.
