abstract (57) 【Abstract】 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a mechanical strength and a resistance against mechanical vibration having a large amplitude, and to prevent a problem such as melting even if a drive electrode material having good conductivity is used, or a laminated piezoelectric transformer or A piezoelectric actuator is provided. A laminated piezoelectric transformer 1 has an elongated rectangular parallelepiped shape as a whole, and a drive unit 1A is provided with a boundary near a central portion in a longitudinal direction as a boundary. The piezoelectric transformer element 1a is divided into a power generating section 1B and a piezoelectric transformer element 1a made of lead zirconate titanate-based piezoelectric ceramic having a crystal grain size of 2 μm or less. Input electrodes 11a are arranged on the upper and lower surfaces of the driving portion of each piezoelectric transformer element 1a, respectively, and polarization processing is performed in the opposite directions. The input electrodes 11a are commonly connected to every other layer and are electrically led to the outside as two input electrodes 11 and 12 by lead wires L1 and L2, respectively.
