abstract (57) [Summary] A sheet used as a face material interposed between a building material such as a board or a panel made of a synthetic resin foam and a cement concrete wall surface, and has good adhesiveness with cement concrete. Further, the present invention provides a cement-concrete-adhesive flame-retardant surface material sheet that is difficult to ignite even when a spark of welding or fusing falls. SOLUTION: Aluminum hydroxide powder 50-70% by weight, cellulose fiber 23-44% by weight, polyvinyl alcohol fiber 3-8% by weight and glass fiber 3-6% by weight. Is used as a sheet for facing material. In order to improve the flame retardancy, sepiolite may be further added to the above components in the range of 1 to 5% by weight.
