titleOfInvention Method for producing porous metal body
abstract (57) [Problem] To provide a method for producing a porous metal body having a high tensile strength, in which a skeleton forming the porous body is hardly broken. A metal powder having an average particle diameter of 1 to 10 μm is mixed with an oxide powder of the metal having an average particle diameter of 0.1 to 5 μm and finer than the metal powder, wherein the metal powder: Forming a mixed powder added in a ratio of 7: 3 to 1: 9 in a ratio, A slurry is formed from the mixed powder and the dispersion medium, applied to urethane foam, dried and fired to produce a porous metal body. It is preferable to use a water-soluble phenol resin as the dispersion medium.
