titleOfInvention | Corrosion protection method for pipe inner surface |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] In the present invention, there is no problem such as clogging of hot water piping, cooling water piping, etc., with respect to normally handled water, and the entire piping is efficiently formed without causing uncorroded portions. Provided is an anticorrosion method for a pipe inner surface which can prevent corrosion by an easy management method. SOLUTION: A pipe 1a and a pipe 1b of a pipe 1 through which water 6 flows. And an insulator 3 having an anode electrode body 2 is connected between the Terminal lugs 4 are provided on the tubes 1a and 1b for wiring, and the inner surfaces of the tubes 1a and 1b are used as cathodes 5. 3a is an insulating part. Water 6 is flowed in the direction of the arrow by a pump or the like, and the cathode current density is 1 to 100 μA / c. An electric current is caused to flow into the water 6 in the range of m 2 . The inner surface of the pipe serves as a cathode, and steel is used as a dead body to prevent corrosion of the inner surface of the pipe. |
