abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To provide a monitoring system capable of promptly confirming a situation in a closed room where normal people cannot enter by remote control from the outside of the closed part. A flight surveillance robot equipped with various sensors such as a camera and a microphone is provided in a safe hangar in a closed room where normal people cannot enter. b, 10c, and is fixed in a standby state. When an abnormality occurs, a fixing mechanism release switch 12 provided outside the closed room 20 is used. With this operation, the fixing mechanism of the robot 1 is released, and monitoring is started from multiple viewpoints by aerial flight. The flying surveillance robot 1 is controlled by a controller 16 outside the closed room 20 by a signal from a controller antenna 17. The position of the flying surveillance robot 1 is detected by communication between the fixed radio wave transmitter / receiver 26 installed in the closed room 20 and the robot 1.
